4. Google Calendar Integration

YogaCRM offers an optional Google Calendar integration. If you choose to connect your Google account, YogaCRM will request access only after you grant permission through Google’s OAuth consent screen.

Google information we access:

• Your Google account email address (to identify the connected account)
• Google Calendar data, including calendar lists and calendar events

Permissions (scopes) we request:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — to view, create, update, and delete calendars and events needed for sync
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email — to retrieve your Google account email

Why we need this access:

We use Google Calendar solely to sync YogaCRM business schedule data with your Google Calendar, including classes, events, private sessions, appointments, retreats, meetings, room reservations, and related schedule items. This may include creating a dedicated YogaCRM calendar and creating, updating, or removing synced events.

How we use and store this data:

• We use Google Calendar data only to provide the calendar sync feature you enable.
• We store OAuth tokens securely so we can keep the connection active and sync on your behalf.
• We may store limited calendar/event identifiers and sync metadata needed to keep YogaCRM and Google Calendar in sync.
• We do not sell Google Calendar data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data retention:

Connected Google account information, tokens, and sync records are retained while your Google Calendar integration remains connected and as needed to operate the Service. If you disconnect Google Calendar, we stop accessing your Google Calendar. Tokens and related sync data may be deleted or deactivated according to our normal retention practices, unless we are required to retain them by law.

How to revoke access:

• Disconnect Google Calendar from your YogaCRM account settings / Integrations page; or
• Remove YogaCRM access from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
